Tuition and Fees (2026–27 Academic Year)
Important Payment Notes
Currency & Exchange Rate: Fees are denominated in EUR. Payments made in CVE are calculated at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 110.30 CVE.
Flexible Payment Plan: For the convenience of our families, fees may be settled in 10 monthly instalments (September through June). All instalments must be settled by the 2nd day of each month.
Corporate Subsidy Model: At BISCV, we apply a premium rate to institutional and corporate enrolments. This allows us to significantly subsidize fees for self-financing families, ensuring world-class international education remains accessible to our local community.
For corporate sponsors with allocated budgets below our standard fees, we would welcome a discussion to explore a tailored arrangement that aligns with your financial framework.
All fees listed in the table are annual fees. For convenience, these may be paid in 10 monthly instalments from September to June at no additional cost.

Scholarships, Discounts, and Financial Policies
Scholarships & Individual Awards At BISCV: we are committed to supporting a diverse and talented student body. Scholarship awards are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the individual circumstances of the family and the academic potential of the student.
Sibling Discount To support our families, a 5% Sibling Discount is applied to the tuition fees of the child enrolled in the lowest year group.
Confirmation of place for next academic year
All pupils wishing to re-enrol at BISCV for the following academic year are required to pay a deposit of EUR 200 by 31st May to secure their place. This deposit is treated as an advance payment of tuition fees and will be deducted from the following year’s invoice.
Termination Refund
Parents/Guardians may request a refund of tuition fees by deregistering their child/children from the school. Deregistration must be submitted in writing by Parents/Guardians to biscv@biscv.org. The deregistration date will be set 60 days from the date the written notification is received.
The refund amount will be calculated as a percentage of the annual tuition fee, based on the month of deregistration, as outlined in the table below:

- Application fees non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed in line with the above fee structure and subject to the completion of the 60-day deregistration period.
